Many dogs will develop health issues during their life without regular exercise. One of the best ways to keep your dog healthy is to provide three or more 20-minute walks per day. For most of us, this is not feasible. Enter Go Buddy Run.

One thing often overlooked by dog walking is a dog's physiology. Dogs naturally have a higher resting heart rate than humans. So while a 20 minute walk with a walker may make your walker’s heart pump, your dog may still not enter an aerobic state of exercise. We started Go Buddy Run after years of owning a Pet Grooming Salon called "Little Jenna's Grooming". We have met thousands of dogs over the years and saw first hand how many dogs struggle with weight and getting enough active time to burn energy and exercise their joints. We now have the opportunity to help pet parents add an exercise regimen to their dog's routine. Our goal is to help dogs live happier and healthier lives, help old dogs feel young, and dogs recovering from injury get back stronger than ever.
